Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold unless the product is damaged and reported within 2 days of receipt of the product.

For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Schick-a-Walk will be treated as not returned.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of exchanges, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment on - WhatsApp: +91 8981116294 or by filling the form on the website. We will be unable to process an exchange if 72 hours have lapsed since the delivery.
Please share the courier receipt within 7 days of receiving the product, beyond which we will be unable to process an exchange due to any delay.

Each customer is only eligible for an exchange, once.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@schickawalk.com.

Damages and issues
In case the product received is damaged, video and photos are mandatory while unpacking the shipment.

Refunds

We don't do refunds. We offer refunds only in the event of the customer receiving a damaged product. The refund timeline is 7 days. Customer should inform within 24 hours, with picture or video proof of package unpacking.
In the event of damaged goods, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the products on SALE or gift card.
10-15% of color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights,  We would be unable to accept this as grounds for exchange or return.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
